Inspired by the revolutionary launch of ChatGPT, Veikko, with a rich history in sports and software development, envisioned an AI-driven platform capable of crafting precise and tailored training programs for any individual with any goal. Having been training partners in the past, both Veikko and Pyry shared an intimate understanding of the demands and intricacies of sports training. This combined with Veikko's software expertise solidified his belief that AI could redefine personal training, potentially surpassing the insights of many conventional trainers.

After concluding a notable decade-long sports career in spring 2023, Veikko channeled his dual passion for sports and software into the creation of "GymGuru." His excitement about its transformative potential led him to share a preview on Instagram, highlighting the prototype's ability to devise bespoke gym programs.

Veikko's innovation immediately resonated with Pyry, a fellow athlete and an expert in product development. The memory of our shared training sessions and the promise of GymGuru reignited their bond. Intrigued by the potential and aligned in vision, Pyry approached Veikko. Drawing from our shared sports background and Pyry's product development expertise, they collaborated intensely. Within a month, Pyry officially became part of the venture. Together, we evolved and rebranded the project as "Coach-GPT".
